Clinical trials for a vaccine to the
H5N1 bird-flu virus.
Three Polish doctors and six nurses are facing criminal prosecution after
a number of homeless people died following
medical trials for a vaccine to the H5N1 bird-flu virus.
"It is in the interests of all doctors that those who are
responsible for this are punished," the minister added.
Investigators are also probing the possibility
that the medical staff may have also have deceived the pharmaceutical
companies that commissioned the trials.
EXCUSE ME?
SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE FRAMING THESE PEOPLE!
The suspects said that the all those involved knew that the trial
involved an anti-H5N1 drug and willingly participated.
The news of the investigation will come as another blow to the
reputation of Poland's beleaguered and poverty-stricken national health
service. In 2002, a number of ambulance medics were found guilty of
killing their patients for commissions from funeral companies.
The Pharmaceuticals and the
organizations are not accountable to the "first do no harm" They have the right
to use everyone as human test tubes with all of their cancer and other disease
causing chemicals by simply claiming "OOPS!"
The reasons
behind this IMMINENT pandemic makes no sense
especially since other like the C- Difficile virus a.k.a. The Superbug has
caused thousands of hospital
and nursing home deaths in
most
countries. It is more lethal than a virus that they only assume jumps to human
to human, yet they do nothing about the real THREAT which is C-DIFFICILE.
A new U.S. study says the number
of people hospitalized with the dangerous intestinal infection C.
difficile is growing by more than 10,000 cases a year.
Clostridium difficile is found in
the colon and can cause diarrhea and a more serious intestinal condition
known as colitis.
The germ has become a regular
menace in hospitals and nursing homes.
The new study found it played a
role in nearly 300,000 hospitalizations in the United States in 2005, more
than double the number five years earlier.
C. difficile has also become an acute
health concern in Canada, where it was blamed for 260 deaths at seven
Ontario hospitals recently, and for 2,000 deaths in Quebec since 2002.
The Ontario government said
Wednesday that as of Sept. 30, all hospitals in the province will be
required to publicly report on C. difficile rates in their facilities
through a public website.
Dr. Marya Zilberberg, a University of Massachusetts researcher and lead
author of the study, says the overuse and sometimes inappropriate use of
antibiotics is one of several factors behind the increase.
There are other factors that play
into the rise of C. difficile cases as well, including a larger number of
patients who are older and sicker.
C. difficile infections generally
occur when someone who has recently taken antibiotics inadvertently
ingests C. difficile spores. The antibiotics upset the normal balance of
bacteria in the colon, healthy bacteria that would otherwise keep invading
bugs in check. In the absence of that competition, C. difficile can take
root and take over.
The Zilberberg study was based on
a sample of more than 36 million annual discharges from non-governmental
U.S. hospitals.
Those data were used to generate
the study's national estimates.
The research is being published
in the June issue of Emerging Infectious Diseases, a CDC publication.
The virulent strain of C.
difficile was rarely seen before 2000. "The nature of this infection is
changing. It's more severe," said Dr. L. Clifford McDonald, a U.S. Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention expert who was not part of the study.
Using other scientists' estimates, the
study concluded that 2.3 per cent of the cases in 2004 were fatal — about
5,500 deaths. That was nearly double the percentage of C. difficile-related
cases that ended in death in 2000.
Many of the people who died had
other health problems. The study did not try to determine if Clostridium
difficile was the main cause of death in each case, Zilberberg said.
But earlier research
concluded the infection is the underlying cause of thousands of deaths
annually, and the problem is getting worse.read more

WE NEED TO KNOW
WHY!
FACT:The H5N1
Vaccine will be the cause of a probable Avian Flu PANDEMIC since it will be
injected directly into the human body. There is NO real proof that the virus
jumps from human to human!
It makes
more logical sense to think that the H5N1 virus that jumps to humans is MAN MADE
in order to create a pandemic.
Why do I
dare say this?
Because it is
clear that at the moment the Canadian Health Agencies don't seem to be nowhere near
feeling the threat of a pandemic panic as much as what the WHO, the FDA, the CDC
and US Government, the EU, Australia and other countries who are massively
advertising this H5N1 possible pandemic and encouraging people to get in line to
get vaccinated. Canada has hired one of our own companies to develop a potential
vaccine.
If infected, humans will show
typical flu symptoms
such as cough, fever and body aches. Complications include pneumonia or
acute respiratory distress syndrome, leading to severe breathing
difficulties.
Scientists
around the world are working on a vaccine to prevent bird flu in humans.
But a vaccine will not be available until a few months following the start
of a pandemic, as the vaccine must closely match the pandemic virus in
order to be effective. Vaccines produced yearly to protect against
seasonal influenza will not protect against bird flu. With this in mind,
heading off a pandemic is paramount.
A recent editorial in Science outlined the three steps to heading off an
influenza pandemic. First, a global surveillance and response network
needs to monitor humans, domestic animals and wild birds. This requires
the co-operation of national governments to release disease data quickly
and respond to the network’s recommendations.
Second, there is a need for vaccines and anti-virals. Production and
global distribution are more an issue than the development of the
interventions themselves. “Third, we need epidemiological models, to
explore the spread and impact of potential influenza pandemics in the face
of realistic control measures and how to manage the pandemics when
they arise.”
The editorial closes with a sobering thought,
“If an H5N1 pandemic does not
emerge in the near term, the political will to continue the global
preparations necessary for a future pandemic may falter. We cannot afford
such a misstep.”
The Public Health Agency of Canada is taking steps to protect
Canadians from the next pandemic. In fact, we are the first country
worldwide to secure production and supply of a pandemic vaccine. A
National Emergency Stockpile System contains everything needed to respond
to such an emergency including anti-viral drugs, beds, blankets and other
hospital supplies.
A surveillance system is in place to monitor changes globally, nationally
and at the hospital level to ensure timely reporting of disease clusters
and rapid communication to all provinces and territories. Quarantine
services are in place to screen international travellers arriving at
Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax and Ottawa
international airports. Canada is also collaborating with the World Health
Organization to improve global pandemic preparedness.

Given this article in relevance to the editorial in SCIENCE; would this
mean that in order to justify the WHO and Government credibility mean that
they have to ensure a pandemic to look good?
From my sources lack of knowledge on the FDA
approved H5N1 vaccine, the
Canadian Food and Drug Agency or Health Canada didn't even seem to know
that the USA was advertising that the FDA had approved an
H5N1
Vaccine posted on their website at the beginning of August 2008.
I was told "if the USA had avian flu vaccine
or anyone else, we'd be the first to know". I then sent my sources the USA
Government, CDC and FDA website information.
The thought of our Canadian Avian Flu
researchers not being given the FDA vaccine approval information sent warning
bell signals right through my body. Is the WHO, the FDA, the CDC and the USA
government trying to pass this through without other agencies such as with ours
demanding to verify this Apparent H5N1 Vaccine before a pandemic hits?
H5N1. A string of numbers and letters that has the
World Health Organization deeply concerned.
The former medical officer of health for Ontario – Dr. Richard Schabas – is not convinced that
H5N1 is a pandemic-in-waiting.
"Our science just isn't strong enough for us
to know that and it's not strong enough for us to be making these kinds of
alarmist predictions that we're hearing from the WHO and others," Schabas
told CBC News.
"This is the third time the WHO has told us
were on the brink of an avian influenza pandemic. They said it in 1997 and
they were wrong. They said it a year ago and they were wrong."

blame for misinformation and confusion with the WHO. He says they have
vested interests in getting the public riled up about bird flu, namely to
get more funding. "It's the same people who said we're all going to die
from SARS, we didn't. Then we're all going to die from West Nile, we
didn't. Then Ebola, then Lassa fever, and half a dozen others I can't even
remember."
He adds that inaccurate
reporting in the media has resulted in everyone mixing up influenza
preparedness with an avian flu pandemic. He accepts that the world is
probably due for an influenza pandemic in the next 40 years, but he
doesn't believe it will be H5N1
The UN has predicted that
bird flu will land in the Americas within six to 12 months. (2006)
The virus: H5N1 is a type A
influenza virus; the most variable form. In late March, American
researchers announced that H5N1 has split into two distinct strains, which
they say could make the virus more difficult to control.
A week later, another team of
researchers from the US and Japan said they'd found out why H5N1 isn't
easily spread to people: the virus
is found deep in the lungs rather than in the mucous lining of the mouth,
throat and nose, making it more difficult to transmit.

Human infection with avian influenza H5N1
viruses
Human infection with the H5N1 virus remains a rare event. Direct
contact with infected poultry, or surfaces and objects contaminated by their
faeces, is presently considered the main route of human infection. Exposure is
considered most likely during slaughter, defeathering, butchering, and
preparation of poultry for cooking.
There is no evidence to
suggest that the avian influenza virus can be transmitted through the
consumption of poultry and poultry products as long as standard precautions
regarding food storage, handling, preparation are followed. Consumers should
ensure that poultry is thoroughly cooked (juice runs clear and no visible pink
meat). Internal temperatures for whole chicken should reach 85°C, for chicken
parts should reach 74°C and eggs should be cooked until the yolk is no longer

So, WHY is it that all of a
sudden, the heads of the WHO, the
FDA and the
CDC and all their participants are in such a rush to vaccinate the world?
The WHO, the FDA, the CDC and the USA
Government have and are
obviously spending massive amounts of money in
marketing videos and flyers, having pandemic kits available as well as
advertising free flu shots with the incorporation of RFID chips.
They have also
gone to extremes in setting up possible strategies to ensure everyone is
vaccinated as well as prepare everyone of major imminent
quarantine possibilities the major countries.
The word imminent seems to be coming right out of George Bush's mouth. It's
like a flashing word to brain wash you. I want to scream every time I need to
use it or hear it to repeat their pandemic flu warnings.
This alone
makes you wonder WHY is this pandemic being so focused upon when there is very
little known risk that the avian flu virus jumps from human to human let alone
guaranteed proof that it jumps from bird to humans.
So, WHY is it
that all of a sudden, the heads of the WHO, the
FDA
and the
CDC and all their participants are in such a rush to vaccinate the world?
I had
great respect for Dr. Chan but now, I must ask WHY since this makes no logical
or common sense not to mention the removal of health products by January
2009...This has me asking "has she been abducted and brainwashed by the Monsanto
Codex Alimentarius?".
To understand
what is fully going on, you need to check the various websites, watch the videos
that try to convince you that this vaccine is good for you when we all KNOW that
you can NOT make an effective pandemic vaccine until you are into the pandemic.
So WHY are
they changing these facts? What are the real reasons?
Who will benefit from
making people sick or scaring them into submission into buying into a vaccine
that has no real concrete evidence to be in existence?

HPAI, or "high path" AI, spreads rapidly and is often
fatal to chickens and turkeys. This includes HPAI H5N1. Millions of birds have
died in countries where HPAI H5N1 has been detected. This virus has also
infected people, most of whom have had direct contact with infected birds.
HPAI H5N1 has not been detected in the United States.
However, other strains of HPAI have been detected and eradicated three times in
the United States: in 1924, 1983 and 2004.

HEALTH:Bird Flu - Vietnam Reports Headway in Human

HO CHI MINH CITY, Jun 3 (Newsmekong) -
Vietnamese researchers have
announced significant progress in their effort to develop a prototype vaccine
for the H5N1 avian influenza, despite criticism from some scientists that their
methods are "unorthodox".
Vietnam is hoping to develop a vaccine that could prevent humans from
contracting bird flu and have it available on the local market at a reasonable
price by late 2009.
Researchers from the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (NIHE) began
a trial of the H5N1 influenza vaccine on 10 volunteers in March this year.
Encouraged by good results, researchers from the Vaccine and Bio-Technology
Products Company (Vabiotech), affiliated to the NIHE, obtained permission in
early April from the Ministry of Health to inject a shot of the experimental
vaccine to 30 volunteer medical students from the Military Medical Academy.
"Good results from their blood samples allowed us to inject them a second shot
on April 19," Dr Nguyen Thu Van, director of Vabiotech, said in an interview.
Dr Van said a larger-scale human testing process involving volunteers from the
Military Medical Academy will be in two stages -- the first will involve 30
volunteers, and the second 240.
During the first stage of testing, volunteers will be closely observed and their
blood tested three times in order to evaluate the levels of antibodies created
by the vaccine and any side effects.
Dr Doan Huy Hong, director of the Epidemiology Department at the Military
Medical Academy, said his department would cooperate with Vabiotech. "The second
stage will see how well the vaccine generates immunity in human bodies," Hong
said.
"Once the vaccine’s stability has been proven, we could consider mass
production," said Dr Van added optimistically.
She hopes to introduce the vaccine under the label of FLUVAX in late 2009. One
injection of FLUVAX could bring up one-year immunity, and would be priced at
1.87 U.S. dollars.
Vietnam has recorded the second highest number of human cases of avian flu from
2003 to date, with 52 deaths out of 106 laboratory-confirmed cases after
Indonesia’s 108 deaths from 133 reported cases, according to data from the World
Health Organisation.
The vaccine that Vietnam is developing is specifically designed to combat the
highly pathogenic strain of H5N1 known as VN1194. Vabiotech commenced its study
in 2004 and started its tests on chicken and mice in January 2005.
Vietnam is one of only a few countries working successfully on the production of
H5N1 vaccines, Dr Van said.
The research uses cell culture technology, which involves taking a deactivated
or weakened form of the H5N1 virus from a patient who has died of bird flu. The
sample is then cultivated in monkey kidney cells, a process the Vabiotech says
can produce the best results within the shortest time.
"After effective results with mice and chicken in January 2005, we experimented
on monkeys," said Dr Van. "We injected vaccine into some monkeys and found out
they remained in good health three weeks after. This shows the vaccine is safe."
"Vaccine using monkey kidney cells will be more productive, cheaper and safer
than a vaccine using the culture on embryonic chicken eggs currently being
developed by other countries," he claimed.
Some international experts disagree, and have called the method used by
Vietnamese scientists "highly unorthodox".
In an article in the Jun. 13 2005 edition of ‘Time’ magazine, a WHO expert
warned that Vietnam’s vaccine could itself make people sick or even set off a
pandemic.
The expert said that while the Vietnamese developers say they have followed
international procedures to ensure that the virus has not mutated, they have not
opened all their records or allowed an inspection of their labs.
"The danger is very unlikely," the magazine quoted Michael Perdue, a WHO virus
expert who has consulted with Vietnam as saying. "But you just don't want to
play with fire."
The deputy head of the NIHE, Pham Ngoc Dinh, said Vietnam was aware of WHO’s
advice to countries not to jump into production of a vaccine specifically
against the H5N1 strain because the virus could mutate, rendering any vaccine
largely ineffective.
"Similar to other countries, we take this advice, but it does not mean that we
will stop our research," he said.
"There could be some H5N1 mutations," countered Dr Van, "but NIHE scientists
have already handy a technology that could provide a new vaccine whenever the
virus mutates."
Sean Tobin, an official from WHO’s Hanoi office, told journalists in early May
that while his office was not directly involved in Vietnam‘s development of a
human vaccine for the H5N1 virus, it was satisfied that health authorities had
rigorous guidelines for quality control.
"Certainly there would be some extra level of scrutiny required if they were to
try and use this vaccine in other countries," he added. "But because the
Vietnamese vaccine is intended only for domestic consumption, international
authorities would not be involved in supervising the trials."
"But Vabiotech do have a lot of experience with other kinds of vaccines using
monkey kidney cell technology, the government here (in Vietnam) feels quite
confident in those vaccines," Tobin said.
"Vietnam has received support from international experts and the University of
Japan, the leading country involved in research on vaccine production, to ensure
the safety of the project," Van said.
Many Vietnamese experts support Van’s optimism, saying that any vaccine
production process will lay down the necessary infrastructure so that the time
used to make an eventual pandemic vaccine, anywhere between four to six months
after a pandemic begins, can be shortened.

In 1939 the Drug Trust was formed by an alliance of the world's two greatest
cartels in world history - the Rockefeller Empire and the German chemical
company, I.G. Farbenindustrie (I.G. Farben). Drug profits from that time onwards
curved upwards into gigantic proportions and by 1948 it became a 10 billion
dollar a year industry. (57)
I.G. Farben's unsavory past is highlighted by the fact that during the Second
World War it built and operated a massive chemical plant at Auschwitz using
slave labor. Approximately 300,000 concentration-camp workers passed through I.G.
Farben's facilities at Auschwitz and at least 25,000 of them were worked to
death. (58) Also, others were brutally killed in I.G. Farben's drug testing
programs. (59) Twelve of I.G. Farben's top executives were sentenced to terms of
imprisonment for slavery and mistreatment offences at the Nuremberg war crime
trials. (60)
Hoechst and Bayer, the largest and third largest companies in world
pharmaceutical sales respectively, are descended from I.G. Farben. In September
1955, Hoechst appointed Friedrich Jaehne, a convicted war criminal from the
Nuremberg trials, as Chairman of its supervisory board. Also, a year later,
Bayer appointed Fitz ter Meer, another convicted war criminal, as Chairman of
its board. (61)
On the Rockefellers' moves towards "influencing" medical colleges and public
agencies in the United States, Bealle writes: " The last annual report of the
Rockefeller Foundation itemizes the gifts it has made to colleges and public
agencies in the past 44 years [from 1948], and they total somewhat over half a
billion dollars. These colleges, of course, teach their students all the drug
lore the Rockefeller pharmaceutical houses want taught. Otherwise there would be
no more gifts, just as there are no gifts to any of the 30 odd drugless colleges
in the United States." (62)
The Rockefellers did not restrict their "educational" activities to the US
alone. In 1927 they formed the International Education Board which "donated"
millions of dollars to foreign universities and politicos, with all the usual
strings attached. (63)
As these huge amounts of money were being "donated" to drug-propagandizing
colleges, the Rockefeller interests were expanding world-wide. It was large
enough 40 years ago for Bealle to state: " It has long been demonstrated that
the Rockefeller interests have created, built up and developed the most far
reaching industrial empire ever conceived in the mind of man. Standard Oil is of
course the foundation industry upon which all of the other industries have been
built....
"The keystone of this mammoth industrial empire is the Chase National Bank
with 27 branches in New York City and 21 in foreign countries [now renamed the
Chase Manhattan Bank with over 200 branches in the US and abroad]. Not the least
of its holdings are in the drug business. The Rockefellers own the largest drug
manufacturing combine in the world, and use all of their other interests to
bring pressure to increase the sale of drugs." (64)
THE NOT-SO-INDEPENDENT MEDIA
Instrumental in Rockefellers' moves towards making the world drug-dependent
is their enormous influence on the media. Commenting on this, Ruesch explains:
"So the stage was set for the 'education' of the American public, with a view to
turning them into a population of drug dependents, with the early help of the
schools, then with direct advertising and, last but not least, the influence the
advertising revenues had on the media.
"A compilation of the magazine Advertising Age showed that as far
back as 1948 the larger companies spent for newspapers, radio and magazine
advertising the sum total of $1,104,224,374, when the dollar was still worth a
dollar. Of this staggering sum the interlocking Rockefeller-Morgan interests
(gone over entirely to Rockefeller after Morgan's death) controlled about 80
percent, and utilized it to manipulate public information on health and drug
matters - then as now.
"Anybody who tries to get into the mass media independent news, contrary to
the interests of the Drug Trust, will sooner or later run into an unbreakable
wall....
"For big advertisers it is easy not only to plant into the media any news
they wish to disseminate, but also to keep out the news they don't want to get
around. A survey in 1978 by the Columbia Journalism Review failed to find a
single comprehensive article about the dangers of smoking in the previous seven
years in any major magazine accepting cigarette advertising....
"Even the most independent newspapers are dependent on their press
associations for their national news. And there is no reason for a news editor
to suspect that a story coming over the wires of the Associated Press, the
United Press or the International News Services is censored when it concerns
health matters.
"Yet this is what happens constantly." [Emphasis added.] (65)
Ruesch showed how the above-mentioned international media were taken over by
the Drug Trust and he further explains: " So this sews up the press associations
of the Rockefeller Drug Trust, and accounts for the many fake stories of serums
and medical cures and just-around-the-corner-breakthrough-to-cancer, which go
out brazenly over its wires to all daily newspapers in America and abroad....
"Thus newspapers continue to be fed constantly with propaganda about drugs
and their alleged value, although 1.5 million people landed in hospitals in 1978
because of medication side effects in the U.S. alone, and despite recurrent
statements by intelligent and courageous medical men that most pharmaceutical
items on sale are useless and/or harmful." (66)
Among the many publications owned by the Rockefeller Drug Trust, there are:
Fortune, Life, Time, Readers Digest and Newsweek magazines, and the Encyclopedia
Britannica. These publications are constantly pushing drugs.
FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION - SERVING WHOM?
Leaving no stone unturned, Ruesch shows how the Drug Trust, in securing their
drug interests, planted stooges into senior positions of colleges, universities,
and government bodies. About the Food and Drug Administration, Ruesch charges: "
When a good law was enacted many years ago for protecting the American public
from spoiled food and poisonous drugs, the Drug Trust lost little time to get
its hooks into the government bureau that was charged with enforcing the law."

Ruesch cited Morris Bealle who wrote that the FDA "is used primarily for the
perversion of justice by cracking down on all who endanger the profits of the
Drug Trust". (68) Ruesch further states: " Apparently, the FDA doesn't only wink
at the violations of the Drug Trust whose servant it is (such as the mass deaths
in the ginger jake and sulfathiozole cases), but it is particularly assiduous in
putting out of business all competitors of the Drug Trust, like the vendors of
natural therapeutic devices that improve the health of the public and thus
decrease the profits of the Drug Trust....
"And the situation is practically identical in all the other industrialized
countries, notably Great Britain, France and West Germany." (69)
THE UNDECLARED WAR ON NATURAL MEDICINE
The Civil Abolitionist carried an article rightly titled "FDA: The American
Gestapo Prosecutor or Persecutor?", which reported that on May 6, 1992, the
clinic of Jonathan Wright MD, a highly regarded nutrition specialist, was
assailed by 22 armed men because the doctor had been treating his patients with
safe natural substances that didn't meet the FDA's approval. During the SWAT
type attack the front door was kicked open, guns were pointed directly at staff
and the shocked patients were herded into a room. Also patient records,
equipment, business records and vitamin supplies were confiscated. At the time
of the article, the FDA had not as yet filed charges against Dr Wright. (70)
During last year, similar actions have taken place against three
manufacturers of vitamin supplements (Allergy Research, Thorne Research and
Highland Laboratories). (71)
The Nexus magazine, reporting in their Aug.-Sept. 1992 issue, writes: "This
undeclared war on 'unconventional' medicines has been followed up with the
introduction of bills in Congress which are making it difficult, if not
impossible, to obtain vitamins, minerals and herbs, and which legalize their
search-and-seizure techniques." It revealed that: " There is a bill currently
pending in the House called H.R. 3642 (written and sponsored by FDA allies
Representative Henry A. Waxman, and Representative John Dingell) that would:
Make vitamins, minerals and herbs unavailable except through prescription
from Medical Doctors.
Prevent food supplements from entering the country.
Make it illegal for anyone to sell vitamins, mineral and herbs, with a
fine of up to US$1 million for each violation, plus a $250,000 against the
store.
Permit the IRS to make collections.
Permit the FDA not only to seize but to also destroy all vitamins,
minerals and herbs found on the premises.
Permit the FDA to inspect records, embargo and recall products, and assess
civil penalties for 'serious' violations with any judical review.
Nexus was recently contacted by an international businessman who mentioned
that a bill identical in nature to the one above has been passed in the UK, that
one similar was on the table in several European countries and Canada, and that
one was being discussed for Australia." (72)
In Australia, a repeal of Schedule 1, Exemptions of the Therapeutic Goods
Act, scheduled for January 1994, would minimize access to natural therapy
remedies by natural therapists and would threaten the existence of the natural
therapy profession and manufacturers of natural therapy remedies. (73)
CORRUPT FDA OFFICIALS
Nexus reported that it is a matter of public record that the FDA indulges in
the following practices: * Many of the so-called "research grants" that the FDA
receives are "donated" by the very drug companies they were supposed to be
regulating.
Mid- and upper-level FDA officials enjoy "revolving door" status when they
leave the FDA, wherein they go to cushy, well-paying jobs in those very same
drug companies they were supposed to have been regulating.
Currently, 150 top FDA officials hold significant amounts of stock in the
pharmaceutical companies they were supposed to be regulating. (74)
AMERICAN 'MURDER' ASSOCIATION
The AMA, once openly declared by Dr Richard Kunnes at an AMA convention that
it shouldn't be the acronym for American Medical Association but for American
"Murder" Association, is, according to Morris Bealle, the front for the Drug
Trust. (75) When the FDA has to put an independent operator out of business,
they get the AMA to furnish quack doctors to testify that while often knowing
nothing about the product involved, it is their considered opinion that it has
no therapeutic value.
Bealle cited an example in which the AMA furnished ten medicos to testify in
court that "vitamins are not necessary to the human body", in order to close
down an independent distributor of natural vitamins. (76)
J.W. Hodge, MD, of Niagara Falls, New York, writes about the AMA: " The
medical monopoly or medical trust, euphemistically called the American Medical
Association, is not merely the meanest monopoly ever organized, but the most
arrogant, dangerous and despotic organization which ever managed a free people
in this or any other age. Any and all methods of healing the sick by means of
safe, simple and natural remedies are sure to be assailed and denounced by the
arrogant leaders of the AMA doctors' trust as 'fakes, frauds and humbugs.' Every
practitioner of the healing art who does not ally himself with the medical trust
is denounced as a 'dangerous quack' and impostor by the predatory trust doctors.
Every sanitarian who attempts to restore the sick to a state of health by
natural means without resort to the knife or poisonous drugs, disease imparting
serums, deadly toxins or vaccines, is at once pounced upon by these medical
tyrants and fanatics, bitterly denounced, vilified and persecuted to the fullest
extent." (77)
It comes as no surprise that the Australian counterpart, the Australian
Medical Association, in conjunction with the Royal College of General
Practitioners, as reported in the Australian (July 21, 1992) are pushing for
legislation that would cause medical doctors using natural therapies to lose
Medicare status. This would mean that their patients would not be able to have
bills rebated by Medicare. (78)

Gardasil is an
immunization against a "disease" that often has no symptoms and usually
resolves itself.
Marketers of the vaccine imply it helps prevent cervical cancer. This is
scientifically false. Furthermore, cervical cancer is already
substantially on the decline.
What is true is that if you introduce Gardasil into a person who already
has HPV you dramatically increase their odds of developing pre-cancerous
cell behavior.
So why are the marketers of this vaccine working with crooked politicians
to make Gardasil injections mandatory for young girls?
It's garbage science and bogus public health all in pursuit of the
almighty dollar.
UPDATE
Since publishing this video in the winter of 2008, the predictable public
health catastrophe has begun.
Unnamed "federal health officials" reported to the New York Post recently
that there have been over 8,000 "adverse events" - including death and
paralysis - in girls and women injected with Gardasil.
Let's get some things straight:
1. Gardisil is NOT a vaccine against cervical cancer even though it has
been promoted that way by its makers
2. The vaccination series costs $360
3. Some politicians are seeking to make it mandatory for all girls between
the ages of 10 and 15.
Another pharmaceutical industry fraud
Thanks to George Bush & Friends, victims of this "vaccine" will not be
able to sue the manufacturer. Instead, they will have to apply to the
federal government for relief which will involve a prolonged and expensive
hearing process.
Some of the injuries reported so far include:
1. A 17-year-old who collapsed and died two days after receiving the last
of three injections.
2. An 11-year-old who suffered a heart attack three days after receiving
the injection. The doctor attributed the death to a severe allergic
reaction.
3. A 13-year-old who developed headaches, lethargy, and paralysis of her
left leg days after a Gardasil shot.
Don't let yourself or your daughters be railroaded into receiving this
highly suspect "vaccine."

Within two weeks of his purchase of the biotech stock that Feb. 22, Mr. Obama
initiated what he has called "one of my top priorities since arriving in the
Senate,” a push to increase federal financing to fight avian flu.
Several dozen people had already died from the disease in
Southeast Asia, and experts were warning that a worldwide pandemic could kill
tens of millions of people. Mr. Obama was one of the first political leaders to
call for more money to head off the danger, which he described as an urgent
public health threat.
His first step came on March 4, 2005, when the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee approved his request for $25 million to help contain the
disease in Asia; the full Senate later approved that measure.
And in April 2005, he introduced a bill calling for more research on avian flu drugs
and urging the government to increase its stockpiles of antiviral medicines. Mr.
Obama repeated this call in a letter that Aug. 9 to Michael O. Levitt, the
health and human services secretary.
And in September 2005, Mr. Obama and

Tom Harkin,
Democrat of Iowa, succeeded in amending another bill to provide $3.8 billion for
battling the flu.
Meanwhile, the drug company in which he invested, AVI BioPharma,
had been working to develop its own medicine to treat avian flu victims. In a
conference call with Wall Street analysts on March 8, 2005, the company’s
chairman, Denis R. Burger, said the firm was “aggressively going forward” with
its avian flu research and hoped to work with federal agencies on it.
The company, which is also developing medicines in a number of
other areas, provided several updates on its avian flu research in 2005,
including one on Oct. 21 saying the company was likely to develop a treatment
for avian flu “in a relatively short time.”

volume to new highs while the general market declines. There is no overt
news on the sector or any particular company to account for this surge. A
dramatic rise began in late June/early July. Interestingly, there is a
negative divergence with the DRG, which is the Pharmaceutical sector,
which is declining. This means the market is specifically interested in
BIOTECH STOCKS and not general medical - pharmaceutical issues. The chart
of Merck looks worse than the DOW.
We may
recall that unusual market activity was a tell tale sign prior to the 911.
I have been studying the Oil market as well and it has been telegraphing
the attack on Iran in the same way.
If this pattern does, indeed, foreshadow a pandemic disaster event, the
names of those who participated in this stock market frenzy for biotech

vaccination plan puts health care workers first

WASHINGTON - Essential health care workers
would be immunized first if a flu pandemic broke out in the United States,
the government said on Wednesday.
The Department of Health and Human
Services released long-awaited details on who would get vaccinated if and
when a pandemic - serious global influenza epidemic - emerged.
The plan puts a million health care
workers, such as emergency room staff and nurses, at the top. Next are
military and "mission critical" personnel, public health workers and
hospital and nursing home staff.
All of these play a "critical role
in providing care for the sickest persons; highest risk of exposure and
occupational infection," the plan reads.
"This guidance is the result of a
deliberative democratic process," HHS Secretary Mike Leavitt said in a
statement. "This document represents the best of shared responsibility and
decision-making."
Mike Osterholm, an infectious
disease expert at the University of Minnesota's Centers for Infectious
Disease Research and Policy, said the plan did not do enough to protect
critical workers.
While it designates people involved
in making vaccines and drugs for flu, it does not account for other drugs
such as insulin and antibiotics, he said.
"It does nothing to help support
the manufacturing and transportation system for moving these drugs from
offshore to the United States," Osterholm, who advised the government on the
guidelines, said in a telephone interview.
Many public health experts agree
some sort of influenza pandemic is inevitable, although no one can predict
when it might come and how severe it may be.
It is also impossible to predict
what strain of flu might cause it, although H5N1 avian influenza is the main
suspect now. It has become entrenched in birds in Asia, Europe, the Middle
East and possibly Africa.
While just 385 people have been
infected since 2003 and 243 have died, experts fear H5N1 could acquire the
ability to spread easily from human to human, setting off a pandemic that
could kill hundreds of millions of people.
WAITING MONTHS
Making enough vaccine to protect
everyone would take months and so experts agree a plan is needed to
determine who gets the first doses to come out of the factory.
The HHS plan designates 700,000
"deployed and mission critical personnel" to follow the key health care
workers. After that, 300,000 public health workers, 5.7 million inpatient
and outpatient health care providers, and 1.6 million long-term care workers
would be next to get the vaccine.
"It should be noted that during the
1918 pandemic, more American soldiers died of illness than in combat during
the First World War," the plan reads.
Emergency services, law
enforcement, makers of pandemic vaccines and drugs, pregnant women and
babies and toddlers are also in the first designated groups.
HHs said the plan, available
here, can be
modified to meet the characteristics of any real pandemic.
Healthy adults not in any other
priority group come last.
At least 16 manufacturers in 10
countries are working on vaccines against H5N1. Antiviral drugs can help
protect people but they are also in short supply and the U.S. plan also
calls for closing schools, limiting public gatherings and other measures to
prevent flu transmission.
